The hotel has confirmed that their 21+ check-in policy does not apply to guests booked through FlightSimExpo. Guests aged 18-20 who use our booking link to stay within the FlightSimExpo contracted block will be permitted to stay unaccompanied.

For guests who know they will be driving a vehicle to the event, a $199/night rate is also available that includes valet parking. Valet parking can also be added at check-in at the prevailing rate.
